Wishing HAPPY NEW YEAR 2015 to all of you

Some Reflection at the end of the year:
WHAT IS MATURITY?

It's the ability to handle frustration, control anger, and settle differences without violence or destruction.
It's patience. It's the willingness to postpone gratification, to pass up the immediate pleasure or profit in favor of the long-term gain.
It's unselfishness, responding to the need of others.
It's the gift of remaining calm in the face of chaos. This means peace, not only for ourselves, but for those with whom we live and for those whose lives touch ours.
It's perseverance, sweating out a project or a situation in spite of opposition and discouraging setbacks.
It's the capacity to face unpleasantness and disappointment without becoming bitter.
It's dependability, integrity, keeping one's word.
It's the ability to disagree without being disagreeable.
It's the ability to make a decision, to act on that decision, and to accept full responsibility for the outcome.
It's the ability to live in peace with that which we cannot change.
